{Twilight} Breaking Dawn Styled Wedding Shoot ~ Bella Holding Apple

An English Twisted {Twilight} Breaking Dawn Wedding Shoot

I am thrilled, excited, proud and absolutely delighted to share this {Twilight} Breaking  Dawn styled shoot with you ~ yes you, my lovely loyal readers. For the last couple of months I plotted and I planned every aspect of this shoot. I lay awake at night pondering how Edward & Bella’s wedding may look, I agonised over every tiny detail thinking ‘what   will make this shoot even more twilight inspired?’. You see, I wanted to create something extra special, that beautiful something that brides-to-be would love and feel inspired by {even if they weren’t a Twilight fan}… and I definitely didn’t want my Twilight inspiration       to look cliched or dare I say it, tacky…

So, I started to contact the most talented and amazing suppliers, suppliers who are renowned for their outstanding quality of work and I asked them if they’d be interested in helping me create this, thankfully, they all said yes. Some of my suppliers weren’t overly familiar with the whole Twilight / Breaking Dawn Saga and were possibly a little sceptical, others were massive fans and couldn’t wait to get stuck in.

Luckily for me, they all chose to run with my ideas and together we collaborated to create {in my opinion} one of the best {Twilight} Breaking Dawn styled wedding shoots ever seen! Big claims ~ I know!!! I do assure you however that I am usually quite modest… almost self deprecating… but I can’t help it, I want to shout it, to shout out, I LOVE THIS SHOOT and I’m so, so proud of every person involved!!! Now, enough with my ramblings… here goes… I truly hope you feel inspired. xxx

How To Re-Create… Bella’s Wedding Make-up{Twilight} Breaking Dawn Inspired & Styled Wedding Shoot ~ Bella Swan
Sonia’s brief to me for ‘Bella’s’ makeup was to be ethereal and very beautiful. I decided to keep her skin very flawless and fresh looking to reflect her age and beauty with a very beautiful haze of iridescence around the eyes and a subtle smoky definition. The lips and nails were appropriately a dark blood red.

For Bella’s skin I used a fine layer of Jemma Kidd Light As Air Foundation just to perfect and even out her skin tone. I wanted to create a very soft peachy flush through her cheeks so I used Jemma Kidd Blushwear in Paw Paw and Jemma Kidd Dewy Glow in Iced Gold  to highlight.

For her eyes I used Estee Lauder Double Wear Gel Liner in Black to darken her inner  eye then used a mix of Mac pro pigments on her lid to create a shimmery iridescence  that would catch the light and make her look slightly otherworldly. I added lots of Ardell Individual lashes to create a very fluttery but natural lash line.

Finally i finished the lips with Jemma Kidd Lipstick Duo in Boudicea and the classic Chanel Rouge Noir on her nails.

We have always been proud of Sonia and knew that she was hiding her light under a bushell, afraid to put her head obove the parapit. Sonia has obviously been hiding away her talents and suffering from a lack of confidence. We now believe that she has found her niche – she should now be shouting from the roof tops, as we are, about what she has achieved – after viewing the shoot, all we could say was wow wow wow we are so proud and pleased as punch for you Sonia and hope that you now go from strength to strength – you deserve it xxx
