Spotify revealed the 10 most popular first dance songs from around the world today. And I’m rather chuffed that it’s not a complete musical cheese-fest (unless I have hideous taste in music that is!).
Number 3 is very close to my heart as it was a track my husband and I listened to when we were dating and also our first dance song as man and wife… nawww.

The Etta James classic, At Last, tops a chart of the 10 most popular first dance songs around the world, revealed today by Spotify.
The leading music service studied over 30,000 wedding-themed playlists, and the dates on which they were played, to deduce that the second weekend in July is the biggest wedding weekend of the year around the world.
Spotify also analysed 12 thousand single-track playlists named ‘First Dance’, to identify the most popular first dances at weddings, from which we compiled this top 10:

So great to see lots of modern songs! I’ve been to two weddings in the past few months with ‘All Of Me’ as the couple’s first dance song. (And no wonder, it’s beautiful!)
