Today’s beautiful shoot was conjured up by mega talented wedding stylist and designer, A Beloved Wedding.
Working alongside Claire Morgan Photography the creative direction of this shoot is steeped in Peruvian tradition, historical architecture and elegant and enigmatic Spanish romance.
A deep and forbidden love…
This styled shoot is based one of the most influential aspects of Lima: colonialism. Inspired by Lima’s historic architecture, we brought in elements of Spanish elegance and Peruvian tradition.
We were inspired by a Swiss author named Von Tschudi, who traveled throughout Peru between the years 1838 and 1842 and wrote a book called “Peru: Reiseskizzen”.
In his travel sketches, he describes Lima being the oldest and most interesting city founded by the Spaniards in South America: Lima the colonial.
Between shadow and light, being a quiet but hoping soul, being a woman getting married, deep and forbidden love… those are the words and feelings that describe this styled shoot.
Such a mesmerising bridal editorial and an utterly captivating look for brides who crave a dramatically romantic & mysterious ensemble.
