Ever dreamt of just running away and eloping? (Oh the temptation) Jennifer & David had a rustic, boho elopement wedding in Crete surrounded by the scorching sun, pale sand and sparkling sea – and it was just the two of them.

Our wedding venue was a a fortress in Rethymno, Crete with an exceptional view over the sea and the town, our wedding was planned by Moments Wedding Planners.
The idea of our wedding was to be simple and in a boho, rustic style – so I chose a rustic bouquet for myself and button hole for David <3
We didn’t have any music to walk down the aisle. Just the wind and the sun accompanied us :)
Our vows were very touching for us. We both were really incredibly moved.
Our wedding photographer was great – she took so many beautiful pictures of us!
If we could impart any words of wisdom to future brides and grooms, we would say… Follow your heart and plan the wedding you are dreaming of. Sometimes just being you and your love is enough!
David and I are a mixed couple from Canada and the UK. We met in a bar in England and hit it off immediately. We knew right from the very beginning that our love was something very special.
