Sea & Stone Styled Bridal Editorial With Touches of Gold & Teal!

Bleak can be beautiful. You may have noticed a trend emerging in wedding world over the last year or so – and that trend showcases the barren beautifulness of nature.

Desolate places, bare and wind stripped, can be places of organic reverie, and today’s bridal inspiration draws its musings from the cold, stark coast.

Sea and stone is a wistful notion with longing and paired back beauty. Mixed with teal and gold it’s simply striking.

Words and images by Becca Blevins Photography.

This bridal editorial session was inspired by the haunting beauty of the Oregon coast; the sun, water, and mineral – rugged and refined.

Portland Photographer Becca Blevins sought to recreate the motion of the sea in her images – a wild, untamed freedom.

Lumafina’s gorgeous minimalist jewellery was featured, adding organic hints to the images.

The flower crown and bouquet were both inspired by the landscape of a seafloor, wild and beautifully bleak.

Clair LaFaye’s subtly sparkling dress brings everything together with elegant lines, altogether enough to make your head spin.
